Socho a world jahan sab kuch hai—acha career, loving family, successful life—but phir bhi kuch missing hai. Dil ke kone mein ek khali-pan, ek aisa sukoon jo mil hi nahi raha. Kya aapko kabhi aisa feel hota hai? Yeh story aapko jaane-pehchaane lagegi, but yeh sirf kahani nahi hai. Yeh hai zindagi ka woh sach jisko hum sab face karte hain, magar samajh nahi paate.

WHO ke data ke hisaab se, duniya bhar mein lagbhag 26 crore log depression ke shikar hain. Yeh sirf adults tak seemit nahi hai, yeh bachon aur teenagers mein bhi dekha ja raha hai. Hamari society mein mental health ko lekar awareness badh rahi hai, lekin phir bhi depression ke cases kam hone ki jagah barh rahe hain.
