Why your Mindset is your Villian?

Kya aapko kabhi aisa laga hai ki chhoti-chhoti cheezein aapko darane lagti hain? Jaise, agar aapki chappal raat ko ulta padh gaya toh subah tak aapko lagne lagta hai ki kuch bura hone wala hai? Ya phir agar kisi important kaam ke beech me phone baj gaya toh aap sochte hain ki zaroor koi kharab khabar aayegi? Ab ye sab chhoti baatein hain, par aapka dimaag inse itna ulajh jata hai ki aapka din kharaab ho jata hai. Aap yeh sochne lagte hain ki shayad kuch theek nahi hai, aur dheere dheere yeh soch aapke har decision mein ghus jaati hai. Yeh hai aapka mindset, jo aapko sabotage kar raha hai, aur aapko pata bhi nahi chal raha!


Jab aap negative mindset mein jeete hain, to aap har cheez mein galat dekhte hain. Ek bar aapne soch liya ki sab galat hai, toh aapka dimaag wahi dikhane lagta hai. Phir chhoti si galti bhi aapko failure ka dar dene lagti hai. Aap sochne lagte hain, "Main kyon try karoon? Jab sab galat hi hone wala hai." Is mindset ke saath jeena, apne hi sapnon ke pichhe chhuri maarne jaisa hai.


Mujhe yaad hai, jab main pehli bar blogging shuru kar rahi thi, toh har nayi post likhne se pehle mere dimaag mein ek hi sawal aata tha: "Kya log isse pasand karenge?" Har comment aur feedback ke saath mera self-confidence hilta tha. Agar kisi ne kuch negative keh diya, toh bas din bhar wahi sochti rehti thi. Mere andar ke writer darne laga tha, aur main apne sapne ko apni hi soch se rok rahi thi.


Ek din, ek dost ne mujhe kaha, "Tu likhti toh bahut acchi  hai, par tu har baat ko itna personal kyun leti hai? Kya tujhe apne upar itna bharosa nahi?" Us din mujhe samajh aaya ki problem meri writing mein nahi thi, problem mere mindset mein thi. Main khud apne raste mein sabse bada patthar ban gayi thi.


Toh aakhir iska solution kya hai? Main yeh kehna chahungi ki solution simple hai, par zaroori nahi ki aasaan ho. Apne mindset ko badalna ek process hai, lekin yeh possible hai.


Awareness Laao: Sabse pehla kadam hai apne negative thoughts ko pehchanna. Jab bhi aapko lage ki aap kisi bhi situation ko negative direction mein le jaa rahe hain, us moment ko pakdo. Jaise hi aapko lage ki aap khud ko doubt kar rahe hain, apne aap se sawal pucho: "Kya yeh sach mein galat hai, ya yeh mera darr hai jo mujhe aisa sochne par majboor kar raha hai?"


Thought Replacement: Negative thoughts ko positive thoughts se replace karna seekho. Jaise agar aap soch rahe hain, "Main yeh nahi kar sakti," toh usse replace karo, "Main try karungi, shayad main surprise ho jaun apne result se." Yeh ek habit banane ki zaroorat hai, jo dheere dheere aapke mindset ko badal dega.


Small Wins Celebrate Karo: Chhoti chhoti jeet ko celebrate karo. Yeh aapke confidence ko boost karega aur aapke dimaag ko yeh batayega ki aap capable hain. Jaise agar aapne din bhar mein ek bhi positive thought replace kiya, toh usse apni jeet maano.


Journaling: Apni thoughts ko likhna shuru karo. Roj apne dimaag mein jo bhi aata hai, usse likho. Jab aap likhte ho, toh aap apne thoughts ko clear karte ho. Aur jab aap apni negative thoughts ko paper pe dekhte ho, toh aap unhe objectively analyze kar pate ho. Yeh process aapko apne dimaag se door le jata hai aur aapko ek alag perspective deta hai.


Mindful Rehearsal: Yeh ek technique hai jisme aap apni negative thoughts ko positive scenario mein badalne ki practice karte hain. Jaise agar aap kisi presentation se pehle dar rahe hain, toh apne aapko us presentation ko successfully complete karte hue imagine karo. Yeh aapke dimaag ko is situation ke liye positive mindset se tayar karega.


Mindset aapki life ka steering wheel hai. Agar aap usse galat direction mein le jaoge, toh aap galat raste par pahunch jaoge. Lekin agar aap usse theek se samjhoge, usse control karoge, toh aap apni life ko wahi le jaoge jahan aap jaana chahte ho.


Hum aksar apne soch ke chakkar mein ulajh jaate hain. Kabhi purani baaton ka asar, kabhi logon ke kehne se hum apne khud ke potential ko underestimate karne lagte hain. Lekin yaad rakho, sab kuch aapke dimaag mein hai. Agar aap apne mindset ko positive direction mein le jaane ki koshish karoge, toh aapke liye koi bhi manzil mushkil nahi hogi.
