Kabhi socha hai, ki ek successful insaan jo sab kuch theek kar raha ho, wo bhi andar se khokhla ho sakta hai? Samjho, ek insaan subah uthta hai, roz ki tarah taiyaar hota hai, kaam par jaata hai, sab kuch theek lagta hai... par andar hi andar, wo toot raha hota hai. Yeh depression ka sach hai – jo dikhai nahi deta, par dil aur dimaag dono ko kha jaata hai. Aur jab baat aati hai mardon ki, yeh aur bhi chhup jata hai.

  5. Aksar udasi ya hopelessness ka ehsaas
  6. Self-worth ya guilt ka ehsaas

Yeh sab milke, insaan ko andar se kamzor bana dete hain. Mardon mein yeh signs aur bhi confusing ho sakte hain kyunki unhe apni dukh se nipatne ki training nahi milti. Solution dhundhna asaan nahi, par hai zaroor. 

Pehla kadam hai acceptance – apne emotions ko maan lena. Jab aap kisi aadmi ko dekho jo akela hai, usse baat karo, uske emotions ke baare mein pucho.
